Chaired by Melinda and Jorge Gonzalez, VeritageMiami brings together a who’s who of more than 2,000 wine, beer, spirits and food lovers with top sommeliers, notable chefs, prestigious wineries and breweries and an impressive lineup of auction lots all to benefit the South Florida community.
Festivities will kick off on Thursday, Feb. 13, with the Craft Beer Tasting at Wynwood Walls, where guests will sample more than 120 top-notch local, regional and national craft brews, complemented by delicious bites from more than a dozen South Florida restaurants. And yes, all the food is included!
Next up, on Friday, Feb. 28, the Interactive Dinner headlined by celebrity chef Giorgio Rapicavoli is the ultimate good time for foodies, where Chef will guide guests as they prepare a gourmet dinner à la carte, right at their tables. Event includes a lively auction and Johnson and Wales University students double as sous chefs for guests who might need an extra pair of knowledgeable hands.
And finally on Sunday, March 15, the new Farm to Fork brunch curated by James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Schwartz will take place at Coral Gables Country Club. Guests will revel in South Florida’s culinary bounty in a celebration of farm-to-table sustainability, paired with exciting wines and a lively auction.
